Yet, it&#8217;s something that they can verify for themselves, and they need not have studied the &#8216;scientific method&#8217; in school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s something that you can prove to yourself, simply by getting the average monthly temperatures for the last 100 years, putting those on a spreadsheet, and getting Libre Office or Google Sheets to plot a trend line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I did this for 3 locations in Australia, close to my heart.  Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra.  In my case, I used Microsoft&#8217;s AI to help me retrieve the data.  Put it into a format I could download into a spread-sheet, and what do you know!.
